I just want to let you know that I LOVE all your content! Your podcast has really helped me to understand how to be kinder to myself and I appreciate all the great techniques you give to have a healthier mental state. I have had some situations when friends shared with me they were feeling anxious, stressed, or just confused and you always have an episode that goes with it. Now my friends are the ones sending me your podcast and I have seen their mental health improve because they are being more understanding of their own emotions and thoughts. The meditation App Medito is entirely for free because it is built and maintained by volunteers. I use it everyday and its great.
