A lot of the comments here are talking about balance and such, which are of course good points, but safety should also be considered. Especially when using something like metal (which it seems like you are), if your fuel is reactive enough and your nozzle is small enough, sufficient pressure can build up to cause an explosion, which makes shrapnel. Just something to consider.

if that rocket body was metal then you've found your problem. consider switching to PVC and take a small weight to the front/top

you used metal tube didn't you? use pvc or cardboard
