A shoutout to the woman who followed the pos to the door to confront her and demand she apologize. Of course, this person wasn't going to apologize but I appreciate people who step up and defend someone, not just filming things as several people were doing. There may be times when you feel the perpetrator is too big or could cause you some serious injury if you get involved in these situations but all those who do get involved I want to acknowledge their actions. Way to go, lady in the tan pants and light top!

I am impressed with the female customer who followed this POS to the door and let her have it! The Manager Emily is lovely and certainly did NOT deserve this treatment. And SHAME on Chipolte for for NOT having anyone relieve Emily after she was assaulted.

I worked for Chipotle for 5 years. I feel Emily's pain. During Covid customers were even worse! I left for similar reasons and she's absolutely right that Chipotle is unsupportive! They deserve all the bad press for their ecoli breakout. Uncaring demons. Wish you well, Emily!
