This should be the sentence for anyone who does crap like this. I'm telling you that if you have never worked with the public, you have zero idea how hard it is.

Nobody should put up with this, it's assault. This is becoming the norm now.

This is crazy. My daughter worked at McDonald's last year just because the drive thru was slow a customer got her food, threw the drink at my daughter and parked in front came in and started fighting my daughter. What's funny was when I got there her co workers told me my daughter beat the woman up. The police were there. They watched the video got her license plate and next thing I know the police came to me and said we got her. Y'all my daughter was only 15 when that happened. This is getting to be the new normal.
Hell chipotle had my order wrong the other day. I didn't act like that.

I don't live in Ohio, but I want to send this judge a thank-you card. We need more judges like him, who are fed up with this society of adult crybabies who can't regulate their emotions and act like civilized human beings. Go on, keep giving your kids participation trophies, and what you get is a woman like this.

Love this Judge! We shouldn't have to pay for her. Teaching empathy! Amazing how they clean up to appear in court like they are such good folks. Maybe this will help. So sorry about the worker.

20 hours a week? Slap on the wrist. She won't learn anything that short period of time! 🙄

A little customer service experience is what a lot of people need.

They cut out the clip of her arguing with the judge. He was very level headed consideirng how defiant she was being.

Very sensible sentence. If only he was as consistent with others in his courtroom. A review of his other rulings do not show it. Looks like favoritism.

I have no respect or empathy for this female. Throw the book at her. I work in customer service and people are AWFUL. They throw tantrums daily. I had a woman take our tips and run out because we wouldn't do a return yesterday. It's becoming so normal, I just don't have any respect anymore.

🤦🏽‍♀️ privileged . PLEASE THAT FOOD WAS HOT! The worker was left embarrassed!! This is a sad sin’tence. Smh wow !! Tax payers are paying for innocent black men rotten in jail so why not her. I’m confused! She needs to go to anger management as well as pay restitution!! She needs to give the girl her check too!

She is blessed that lady or her coworkers didn't retaliate.
I do hope karma visits her @ community service hours .

First offense…she called Chipotle disgusting (that’s an automatic 3 year jail sentence)

All we're missing now is for this lady to get the same exact experience she gave to the worker. 😈

She should've been put in jail for a year for throwing hot food on this gentleman.

Respect to the judge for some sensible alternative punishment and even some respect to the lady for having the guts to say ‘I’ll walk in her shoes’

She will be stronger when she’s finally out of this jam

Having her work at the same restaurant is a lawsuit waiting to happen

I had a customer throw their food at me when I worked at Chipotle, even after I had been so nice to her. Manager watched and did nothing.

The important thing is the victim is also pleased with this sentence.

The jail is suspended so if acts up could still spend time plus potential new charges.

This is a win for everyone (on its cover) with assailant getting a lesson, less jail time, pay. Victim having the aggressor penalized to their satisfaction. Fast food place getting worker for a bit (many need workers). Tax payers not paying nearly as much. Citizens having more open jail for what more want off the street for some time.
