Google Nexus 4 Review

Lisa Gade reviews the Google Nexus 4 Android smartphone running Jelly Bean 4.2. The Nexus 4 is made by LG and it's sold as an unlocked GSM phone with pentaband 3G HSPA+, so it will work anywhere in the world GSM service is available and you'll get HSPA+ on AT&T and T-Mobile in the US. This is a 1.5GHz quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro phone with 2 gigs of RAM and 8 or 16 gigs of storage. The phone has a 4.7", 1280 x 768 IPS Gorilla Glass 2 display. It has an 8MP rear camera, front 1.3MP camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC. It's very affordably priced at $299 and $349 without contract.

Once again Lisa, your reviews are awesome, in depth and on point. I tried to get this phone on launch day but after refreshing my browser for 20 min after having it in the cart, it was sold out. I ordered the nexus 7 hspa+, arrived yesterday and loving it. Thank you for showing the T-Mobile speed test, the N7 came with an att Sim but I think I'll pick up a T-Mo Sim and see if I get better speeds. You can use 2 finger swipe down to bring you right to settings.

PS: I was surprised about the speed you had there with only 3G, I ran the exact same app using 3G with my local carrier and believe or not my results where: 426kbps down, 359kbps up :S so it looks like the US is doing just fine on data speed, even before LTE.
