Hey! so these are just 4 tips that i think can get you off the ground and help you build a successful Videography Business that will be versatile and be extremely profitable!

Also i think 2020 is the best year to jump in and get tons of free work and experience because so many people had to cancel weddings and music videos and took a loss on money and need someone for cheaper, and also companies are taking online marketing very seriously so emailing and chatting with companies and offering your services to for content could lead to some amazing partnerships!

Thank you so much for watching! If you like this video Please like and subscribe! I post a lot more personal life on Instagram and if you're interested in working together go shoot me an email on my website!

Excellent video. I just recently started my company; I have completed 5 gigs and just got my first 900$ deal. Every project I have completed thus far has been through friends. You have inspired me to reach out to businesses and advocate my value. I am also 23, working at a bar and just dropped out of school to pursue this dream. Thank you much.

When someone say: Charge low, about €500-€1000
Me charging €350: 🤡

I will get there! 💪👊

Good for you for betting on yourself! Being successful means taking risk. It takes guts to do what you did. Great story!

I did something similar. Around $5K. I was 22 when I used PayPal Credit. What was cool was that PayPal credit didn't show up on your credit report. Just hit $200K+ with two business partners. Looking to get to $300K for 2022. Keep it up!

I just started out as a wedding videographer in may. What I've been doing is pretty similar to what you say in the video. Definitely advice that I can support as well. Right now I really started to get som free jobs and building my portfolio so hopefully soon I'll be able to charge for the next projects ✌🏼 Solid video thanks 👍🏼

This is the first video of yours I stumbled upon and I'm so glad for this. This was perfect for this exact moment of my life and you are a genuine guy who can teach by his own experience. Thank you for this (and cool to see a fellow TDWP fan. I have that logo tattooed on me too 🤜🏻🤛🏻)

Got a lot of value out of this video, Chase! I subscribed. I'm a videographer myself, and I've had a little success. Free work is so essential! I'd love to continue to grow with someone like you!

100% if you follow this young bucks journey on his come up, you too will make it. You can hear the grit, the dedication, the Can-do attitude, and with that, you will stand out and apart from the rest. Bravo Chase, Bravo!

Some great advice here from someone so young! I've actually been making money from creating my own video content for sale on line for over 17 years. However...I have always wanted to venture out and start shooting video content for companies, weddings, events, etc. And I live in one of the best cities for videographers since there are never-ending events, weddings, conventions and new businesses and hotels. Can you guess where I live? CORRECT...Las Vegas! That said...I do agree that you have to start out by accepting jobs for nothing and building your skills and reputation before expecting to acquire paying customers. I also LOVE the idea of offering referral fees (10%) to other people in the field such as wedding photographers. And as a side note...here in Vegas...if you are a bartender on the strip serving drinks in one of the 5 star hotel casinos...chances are...you are easily making 100K or more a year! Certainly not the case in the vast majority of cities though. Best wishes for continued success!

Hey man, great video. It felt really personal! I think you could become a big thing on youtube if you want to.
The tips you give are great, I've worked fulltime as a videographer the past 1, 5 years and I've spent that time learning my style and getting truly comfortable with camera, lighting, audio, editing etc. and now I've decided to go fulltime as a freelancer. Since it pays so much more than being employeed at one place and it gives a lot more creativity freedom.
I hope you will grow big with your channel one day!
