The airport business is really out of control.
While the security teams should not be taking such drastic measures… they also shouldn’t need to take any sort of measures beyond turning up & keeping some distance between fans & celebrities. There absolutely needs to be better policies/rules about who can & cannot be at the airport, how long they can be there for, & how people need to conduct themselves.

If SM truly is going up for sale, I hope all artists currently contracted with them get the opportunity to renegotiate their contracts.

SM Entertainment will never be sold, why would a company the size of Kakao sell an entertainment powerhouse? SM's CEOs wanted Kakao to buy them and that's what kept the company afloat, Kakao had a good deal and power over a major k-pop agency and the CEOs wanted their resources. They won't be bought because SM Entertainment doesn't want anyone other than Kakao to buy them and the company is still very profitable.

Dont they have VIP entry & exits? if not Just add a extra door entry with a boarding pass machine and assign 2 body guard with the vip to the departure and from disembark gate area. That allows privacy to the VIP from the public areas. Unless publicity is more important than safety for the airport staff and passengers departing or arrival????
