Ye I think nighteye was killed off because hed be too op in the war arc.

Shinsou would be so useful in the War Arc since he could mimic Shiggy's voice and control Gigantomachia along with the Nomu army. He's a really underutilized character really.

The only reason nighteyes prediction of deku was wrong is because Eri’s quirk reverses a targets body in time, which would definitely mess up foresight’s accuracy

For shinso‘s brainwashing.

Instead of brainwashing his enemies by his voice, he could evolve his quirk to brainwash his enemies by physical respond!

If he hits someone, this person has to defend himself. Wich is basically a respond to his action.

Thus he could brainwash enemies by force, if they refuse to talk (or by surprise) and it would build up on his training with Aizawa and his Bondage-Weapon

Momo definitely has my favorite emitter quirk. She’s a walking armory of any weapon. Let her be weapon master.

For monomas copy quirk he should carry around people's hair in a canister or something so he can touch it and copy that quirk at any specific time

The reason Momo uses lipids for creation is not because she uses their energy, instead she rearranges the atoms from lipids (triglycerides, phospholipids, etc.) into other molecules -> then materials -> then items.

Monoma hasn’t just got an amazing quirk, he also got charisma, intelligence and a great characterization in the 1A vs 1B arc ! I really hope Horikoshi will make him relevant soon and stop making him a gag character.

honestly, even with the low explosive power, Toga should have died immediately with the amount she faced and the fact they were internal. Should have been immediate death unless your quirk gave higher durability.

My guess for a fully trained pro hero Monoma. Would be an hour time limit and max 10 quirks which may seem excessive but I think it works.

I think the best quirk with INSANE potential is eye jet, possesed by the one and only, deku. It can fire tears at insane speen and power that it allowed the user to dig himself into groind by 2 inches. We have seen deku tryna master it since he was child and with proper training i think he can become superman or Cyclops.
