Don't forget Koichi Haimawari (aka. the Crawler) from Vigilantes. His quirk "Slide-n-Glide" started simply as moving as fast as a bike. But at the end kf the series, with only practical experience and no real training, he gained the following abilities:

Tsuyu might also be capable of secreting a toxin so powerful in can flatline an elephant. And grow claws made from bones, these are thanks to the frogs known as the Poison dart frog and Hairy frog. Shes going to have greater leg strength then Miriko when she’s older which on top of her other abilities she’ll be a powerhouse.

Hardening could be better than we know. Take Mirios intangible... his costume is made from his hair so he won't be nude every time he uses his quirk. So Hardening using his hair to make a whip or something or something like a mace that he could harden at the right time to do the most damage.

So Kirishima can't use projectiles, but what if he became the projectile? Just launch that dude into a target, then watch him do things on his own in the place where he landed. He's a living ballista bolt now, suited for devastating breach and clear operations

Imagine a special move for Mr. Compress where he compresses everything between him and his opponent, creating a vacuum of empty space to pull them together. From there all he has to do is touch his opponent again.

I'm actually wondering on how would Brainwash interact with The Question from Bleach. The Question works like this (copied from Bleach wiki) :

The Question (異議 (ザ・クエスチョン),  Za Kuesuchon; Japanese for "Objection"): Berenice can harm their opponents by objecting to their existence and actions. They can make an objection to something, and the opponent is penalized if they fail to overcome that objection, with the opponent being forced to respond. Berenice explains their ability using the German word "sollen" or the Japanese word "igi" (異論), which expresses the idea of something that should be done or the way something ought to be, such as being ordered to do something by force or through one's duty; with this being demonstrated through them questioning Zaraki's murderous intent.

I feel like Hardening and Tail are more so weak quirks with strong users. We saw Kirishima in Middle school where hardening was rather weak. But it was through effort and determination that he made it stronger. And even now there are some weaknesses he can’t get by. Hardening is useless against an opponent that isn’t trying to damage you and only wants to restrain you like Mineta.

And Ojiro I would say due to his martial arts has one of the best techniques in the class combat wise. I reckon there are even some class members he could take down without using his quirk. Although that’s speculative.

But their quirks themselves are quite weak. It’s their technique and determination that make them strong.

I would personally replace those two on the list with Twin Impact and Dupli-arms. Both of which have the potential to be infinite. Twin impact causes another impact with greater power than the previous one. But what if this could be chained. So that you can then make an impact even more powerful than the second one. Making an attack exponentially more powerful. Nirengeki Shoda can also use the extra impact for boosting in the air to jump high. But imagine if he had a support item that made an impact in his shoe that he could then multiply with his quirk to launch him higher into the air. As a sort of form of flight. It’s also notable that we have only seen Shoda in a situation where it’s not ideal for him. Tsuburaba mentioned in Shoda’s fight that he excels in 1 on 1 fights and because his quirk is so powerful, he couldn’t go all out or he might hurt Reiko and Yanagi. So in his fight with Mineta and Mina. From what Kosei said it sounded like he had to fight 2 on 1 whilst protecting his two teammates who were sort of holding him back. And even then, Mina and Mineta seemed to be loosing until Uraraka showed up. He’s also the vice president of class B. So much like Momo’s parallel in Class B is Kendo. I think Iida’s parallel is Nirengeki Shoda. The Databook said those two get on well. So whilst we haven’t seen much of Shoda. I know we haven’t even seen him at his best. And I’d guess he is at a similar level to Iida. Who I personally put in the top 5 of 1A.

And Dupli-arms. Shoji’s duplicated body parts are enhanced versions of the originals. So he has super hearing and sight, enough that he was able to confirm that Invisible Girl was in the USJ from a few hundred metres away. So it’s impossible to sneak up on him and he is capable of using that to know where his opponent is to keep out of sight and sneak up on them. He also gets super strength, able to crush Pony Tsunotori’s horns into dust and even hurt a gigantic Spinner. But it also made me think, if the duplicated versions are enhanced versions of the original. When he duplicates a tentacle node. Is that node then better at enhancing the next duplicated thing? So say if one node multiplies the effectiveness by 3. Then the duplicated node would multiply the next duplicated body part’s effectiveness by 9, then 27, then 81, then 243 and it will gradually get larger and larger tending to infinity. Quickly increasing the power of his super strength. Of course the drawback is that the more he duplicates the harder it is to control. But I find the idea of a difficult but immensely powerful attack a really cool idea for Shoji. Shoji in general is really underrated. In 1A I think I would put him at 6 in terms of combat.

I love Karishma, not only because of his quirk but because of his attitude and loyalty. When I play football I feel like I have to be a wall on the line to defend the QB. I also have to be a bulldozer on defense to blow through the offense to tackle the offensive players.

what about monama, he can literally copy multiple quirks at once. his time limit and the amount of quirks he can doop has been stated but hes been shown dooping up the three quirks at once and going from 3 to 11 minutes and assuming this will only go up. its insane to think its not on the top 10. 😶
