This is how to make simple pancit bihon guisado recipe..

INGREDIENTS
-2pcs medium size carrots sliced into strips
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-600g thigh fillet chopped into small pieces (or you could use breast)
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-6Tbsp soy sauce
-6Tbsp oyster sauce
-4pcs chicken liver
-about 7cups water (please remember the notes on the video)
-500g bihon noodles
-chopped cabbage

never pako nakapag luto ng pancit bihon maybe because sa dami ng mga the best pancitan sa lugar ko nakaka intimidate tlgA..at may standard ang asawa ko when it comes to pancit kase sobrang paborito nya ang pancit.. pero nung for the first time in my life ..sinubukan ko magluto ng pancit.. itong recipe na ito ang sinunod.. tsk.. tsk.. panalo! napuri ako ng hub kong maselan pagdating sa lasa ng pancit.. 😆.. thanks kuya fern. the best.🤩

Thank you for your easy to follow recipe. Doing the noodles properly (not getting soggy or sticking together) always gives me anxiety and your tips really help! You’re the first one I’ve seen to explain how to cook it. I never thought to remove some of the broth but also add it back in if it needed it. Thanks again.

I love it with a shrimp, sliced thinly chorizo Macau ( to add flavors ) and finely chopped kinchay....Savor with ground pepper and calamansi and...Voila!

I've watched a number of Asian channel featuring BEEHON, bihon to us Pilipinos. This is our national dish which we have perfected even Americans have fallen in love with it . Pancit is branded as our dish, along with adobo .
I use you recipe and tecniques that they are stucked in my brain. I believe we Pilipinos make the best pancit bihon in all of Asia . Technique matters to the end result. Delicious !

i have to comment to tell that this is my ist time cooking pancit bihon na perfect. i can cook spaghetti or any other meryenda, but i have a hard time with bihon.minsan dry, minsan maalat dahil sa patis, minsan kumpol kumpol at nagdidikit, minsan overcook. may isang bihon ako na mag eexpire na at nagkataong magluluto ako ng tinola then naisip kong lutuin ang bihon dahil sayang kung itatapon. napakasimple na sundan at yung gulay literal na 2 lang kaya hindi mabusisi ..ayun perfect pancit bihon guisado na nagustuhan ng mama at hubby ko. thank you sir for this recipe

Salamat now lang ako naka pag pansit na masarap..kasi dati babad ko sa Tubig bihon. Kaya nawawala pala ang lasa..May oster sauce pala.
Sabi ng anak ko ..di nman ako nag papansit. KASI sa totoo Lang simple Lang magluto ng pansit..ang measurements dun ako nagkakamali.
Now marunong na ako..sa instructions mo.. uulit ULITIN ko ung pagluluto nito para ma master ko. Then saka ako magluluto sa friends ko.
Sabi ng asawa ko na tiyempuhan ko daw. Masarap nga…SALAMAT TALAGA..SAYO. GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY CIRCLE.. patuloy ka Lang mag share kasi nakakatulong kayo SA kapwa.
