I think any normal person would be angry with the way Ed will be a complete narcissist and say the most horrible things to emotionally and mentally abuse somebody. He very much does the thing that everybody hates, which is gaslight. Or you could call it abuse because he'll say you are so horrible I don't know why anybody likes you and then he acts like he didn't say anything and then says you said something like that. So when somebody does that to you and really messes with your mind yes it can make you angry but what you need to know at the end of the day is you need to get very far from that person because you're never going to have a normal reasonable conversation with such a person they are always going to try to harm you and make you miserable

I really hope her relationship works out and is healthy. Liz has emotional issues that make her vulnerable to assholes like Ed. She went on a lunch date yesterday with my kids toxic father which tells me shes not a good judge of character in her friendships either. Comming from someone who is still healing from that relationship, I can say accountability is not something domestic violence/ narcissist abusers know about. You can never get closure from them, best thing to do is focus on family and therapy.

i keep hoping that one day he’ll finally take a good look in the mirror and realize that HE is the reason behind all his failed relationships, but who tf am i kidding? people like him will never change and always play the victim.
