Thanks for the video but those buzzer noises are way too loud. I want to listen to you but I needed to turn my volume way down for those bits :(

Thanks for the video, Mr. Strebel. But those buzzing sounds at the beginning were really loud! Gave me a jumpscare! LOL! 😂

This was a revelation! Thank you. This is a higher level of craft. There is so much to learn from in every frame of this video. Not only the result and general technique, the tools, methods workspace, etc. but the way the hands move, manipulate and position, the fine control of pressure, the efficiency. I noticed that there is a certain lack of tension in the hands and finges, they are precise but for the most part relaxed. In that respect you can see how it resembles playing a guitar or instrument... odd connection but I think still valid. Thanks for showing us how it's done! The vid speaks for itself. Looking forward to trying some of this... It won't be pretty to start, hahah... but with time. Look forward to checking out your channel. Thnks

You are really good at commenting on the videos. Very entertaining and understand how to use music but prioritize the voice so it's easy to understand.

I have thought of model making, but wasn't sure whether to start with cardboard or foam board. I see that cardboard would be better for a beginner like me.

hello thanks for this video, it has helped a lot. What would you recommend for quick context models?

Something makes me think such cardboard would also form a perfect basis for a composite material that would stand up to end-use requirements, if it was allowed to soak and cure with a suitable resin. Just that I haven't tried and thus don't know a suitable resin. Also it can get mighty messy.

Using sheet styrene can of course be an alternative, and it can be welded together. But it's not nearly as flexible to work with as cardboard.

It's my 1st time working with 3d models and it's gonna be my final piece for my mock exam pray that my building doesn't look like chewed up dog food 😂

What makes you choose matte board over foam core for a project? When is it suitable to use each method?
