Theory for the 2nd video: two squatters, but the lady was in an abusive relationship with the dude and didn't really have much of a choice but could still alert the poster or she lived in a different house than poster thought and suspected there were dangerous squatters in the area. People in the wilds of Oregon can be 50/50. My dad said they would either hug you or kill you. Theory for story 3. A jealous ex of Catherine's who'd been stalking them. Stalkers can learn A LOT about you.
