3 Disturbing TRUE Summertime Horror Stories

Summer is winding down and I haven't done a summertime themed video yet, so here it is.

Anything with poorly structured sentences and grammar will not be read, so please just make them neat and understandable. Please also state how you would like your name to be credited in a video.

Story 1 is absolutely terrifying and waking up in a basement is one of my greatest fears. It's also why you NEVER accept drinks from someone you hardly know.

I always love when the person in the story calls their parents and the parents are like WTF ARE YOU DOING WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME! CALL THE COPS!! 🤦🏻‍♂️ 😂

Story one was absolutely horrifying. Regardless of whether or not the story is actually true, the thought of waking up in someone else’s basement is downright terrifying

Story 1 is one of the most horrifying stories I’ve heard all year. Story 2 is straight out terrifying

Last story pissed me off so much. He broke two core rules that I think everyone should know.
1. Most importantly, *if someone is 'injured' and refuses 911, they are not injured.*
2. If you are threatened in any way, shape, or form, you call 911. You don't call your friend, you don't call your parent, you call 911. In the time it takes for 911 to get there, you'd usually wish the cops had been there sooner.
Don't mean to seem like that guy and I'm sure adrenaline and the like plays a factor but those are key rules of safety.

I think the scariest part of Story 1 besides the obvious waking up somewhere unknown and not knowing how much time went by or what happened is the fact that he was waiting in a dark room for him to wake up and try to leave. Thats very unsettling someone sitting in a dark room waiting for you to come to. You shouldn’t drink from anything you didnt see opened or open yourself or see poured (at the bar).

We all know what it means when the woods suddenly goes quiet. That a predator is near by, and should leave. It's what I would do, if I were in a similar situation

Story 1 is down right terrifying... That guy's lucky to have come out of that basement at all. I just wonder what "James" intention was.

No criminal intent in the first story? How about: Kidnapping, false imprisonment, and threatening bodily harm just to name a few

The first case is exactly why you should never allow anyone to get too close especially a stranger because you don't know them so its best to keep your distance

The 1st story is horrifying. Stories like this and watching the movie Hostel make me a bit paranoid and very aware when I go out. I rarely accept what my friends offer me, much less a stranger offering me something.

First story gave me so much anxiety, because as a woman, that is literally the worst case scenario to happen if you’re out drinking with someone. I’m really glad that the person made it out okay and hopefully their case can actually end up with James being put away and not given any chance to try that again.
edit: for clarification, i meant that i myself am a woman so you can imagine why this kind of situation is so horrifying for me.

I'm 33 and I still remember my parents taught me to guard my drink. If I had to leave it unattended, don't drink anymore of it when I came back &/or order a new one.
