Eco-Flex is fantastic for finish caulking, interior or exterior. So is OSI Quad Max. Both are a breeze to tool, and they wipe off your hands easily (except the black and bronze shades, which stain your skin). As far as the subsill, I prefer OSI HM270 or another high-grade silicone. Granted, my door installs are retrofit 95% of the time, so every now and then I have to chisel-up you guys' Liquid Nails. D'oh!

I'm not convinced that the difference between claimed 800 and 900% stretching ability is noticeable at all.

Thank you for this informative video. My installer has installed replacement windows retrofit style on stucco home. They are coming back to install the largest windows. Iam noticing on the windows already replaced on the stucco that the exterior caulk connecting vinyl flush fin to stucco wall is not a sharp neat looking caulk line. I asked installer who told me I could have someone paint the caulk after it cures so that it blends in with the stucco color. They don’t do that is what he said. Sean, I thought all installations include a sharp caulk line finished look on exterior.
