for those that don't know, for windows 10 to get to the sound settings you have to go into system -> sound and then there is related settings at the right hand side, and you click on sound control panel, this pulled it up for me atleast

Hey for those wondering about the microphone boost option, I believe it only appears if it is connected via Aux not usb-c
