Word Move Table Freely (2020)

Move table freely in Word! If you don't know how to move the table down or to the left/right in Word, then watch this tutorial. Unfortunately there is no direct option to move the table with the arrow keys on the keyboard but the mouse will do ;)

So when I attempt to move a table, regardless if I move it up, it automatically snaps to the left or to the right of the page, sometimes cutting off part of the table. My table properties are set exactly like this. I want to be able to move it freely as if it were a picture

That four arrow toggle it's either abruptly gone-appear-gone-appear, or a wonky a** unreliable mechanic. Ms office (especially word) is a steaming, stinking, hot pile of shit. Mr. Gates should be embarrassed to let this shit fly. This is only one of copius problems from this software.

BTW I appreciate the video, but it doesn't work for me. Thanks.
