Lol the comment section is not it. Balut is a delicacy for many cultures like for the Vietnamese, Chinese, and Filipinos. It’s not for everyone, myself included but I’m not going to disrespect it. Keep in mind that many cultures will eat things you are not accustom to and Vice versa. Let’s be respectful of each other.

If you get the really fresh ones. That hard white part at the bottom is usually soft, and everything can be eaten. I love balut, errbody in the comment section a bunch of weak asses haha.

I guess I'm the only one here who suddenly just has a strange craving for super primal nutritious food and wants to try it for the first time! Just plain old fertilized eggs are much healthier than non-fertilized eggs, so I can only imagine how much healthier it is once the embryo has developed a little bit. I'm just going to try it and not look. lol. I got my eggs in the fridge just trying to get the courage to do it. I think people eat much "grosser" things on a regular basis, often times without even knowing it. It seems like just a mind thing.
