When my chinese grandma told me this growing up, i used to roll my eyes (i never went outside with wet hair anyway) and then one day i did because i was late for school and then i caught a head cold and was down for the count two days later.

My great grandma always told me this as a kid, and I've always been scared to leave the house with wet hair to this day unless it's summer time🤣🤣

It's true, wet-hair headaches are the worst - mostly because they can be avoided XD

Trust me. I know. I learned a very hard lesson. I had my hair wet just showered and went out in Winter. Then got a really bad cold which turned into bronchitis and was very hard to heal from. I don’t go out with wet hair anymore.
