If you hold the media button on screen and the power button on screen it should bring up the hidden dealer menu and then recalibrate the screen from there

The microfiber trick works perfect. Heat it up afterwards. Did it last week and placed the car in direct sun for a couple of hours during noon time. All is working properly again.

Calibrate the screen in the settings if you can’t do it with your finger connect a mouse with usb

Connect a computer mouse to the usb plug in than it will say device not compatible just click the mouse and u will be able to use the mouse to control the screen your welcome in advance!

Same issue. So annoying. They should recall and replace with new radio. I tried Best Buy, but they said regardless of the new radio I purchase from them they don’t have a replacement radio dash kit. There would be large gaps. 😡😡

Touch screens are all garbage.. just tried the Lexus 300h and it sucked! Kept missing because of a bumpy freeway. Almost crashed multiple times looking at the ugly screen!

Went to mitdubishi tgey ssid its mileage is over 60000 so no warranty...pay 700 pounds for new screen...just bought it 1 month ago ftom second hand😂

I'm having the same issue also with the gps if I try to push in address the numbers mess up. For instance if address is 3210 if I hit the 3 button on the screen 2 will show up if I hit the 2 button on the screen 3 will come up and so on I have also hit the 2 button and 8 will show up. Do you have any idea on what to do
