My 2012 RVR (outlander in Canada) is rusting from the inside out. It lives in a garage, no salt on roads, very low mileage. They kept pushing off the repair until they could say it's no longer under warranty. They had a recall to spray the undercarriage for rush protection but say it's unrelated to the paint issue (!!??).

Has anyone else experienced the door actuators to begin failing? it seems mine do it randomly on different doors. Is there a reset on the control screen car settings to solve this?

My 2017 Outlander SEL had the transmission issue but wasn’t until 267, 000 miles. Through Mitsubishi dealer, the transmission price is $5, 200 dollars not including the labor involved.

I have a 2017 mitsubishi outlander sport 4wd and I keep having an issue with the exhaust heat shield rattling and when I decelerate it sounds like a huge truck. Had it repaired and called the mitsubishi corporate office and they still the problem has never been recalled
