10% Yielding REITs I Am Buying

Here are two of my top REITs to buy today:
Cibus Nordics (CIBUS Stock) is a European peer of US REITs Federal Realty Trust (FRT REIT) and Regency Centers (REG REIT). It is not officially structured as a REIT but it behaves like one. It buys grocery-anchored properties that enjoy steadily rising rents. It is today heavily discounted because its balance sheet is a bit stretched but I believe that the company will manage to address this issue. Its rents are rising rapidly and this should lead to rapid deleveraging in 2023 and 2024. The dividend yield is about 10%.

NewLake Capital REIT (NLCP) is a close peer of Innovative Industrial Properties (IIPR). They are REITs that specialize in cannabis cultivation facilities. These are higher risk sectors, but they are also a lot more rewarding due to the lack of capital chasing these assets. NLCP compensates for this higher risk by having a strong balance sheet with no debt and lots of liquidity. Its dividend yield is now 12% and it should be sustainable. The company has even enough liquidity to buy back shares at these discounted levels.

Thanks for another great video so far I invested in hiw they been doing decent. But vno lately and not vno-m has been on a insane surge would love to see a movie explaining why if possible. definitely gonna keep in mind these two reits mentioned in the video

In the UK I like Supermarket Income Reit. Similar to CIBUS but only 8% yield (it's just about covered) around 30% LTV. Leases rise with inflation.

Hi Jussi! I would be interested to hear your thoughts about MAA (Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc) stock. They have apartmets in high growing areas like Texas, so geopolitically they are on the right markets, but do you see some risks with this stock or what about the current valuation?

Gut reaction by those not accustomed to income investing to “dividend trap” worries are unfounded because the SP have dropped with the rest of the market so much since 2022.

Only Wixpool offers good returns from investments in DEX platforms on reliable networks like Bitcoin. And I dont see the point of working with risky assets...
