EXTREME DISASTER CLEANING TIPS! ❤️ Messy house cleaning motivation w/ @DoItOnaDime (affordable!)

Hey, guys! Today we are deep cleaning the house for Christmas 2020! I made this video because we've been doing our best to get through this year, and honestly, this week was hard. I feel like when my house is a mess, it gives me opportunity to open up and share it with you, and hopefully inspire you to get it done with me! In this whole house speed cleaning video, we tackle the kitchen, clean the oven, clean the bedroom, steam the floors, clean the bedrooms and more. I'm sharing with you 6 ways I keep my house clean and I stay sane for the holidays. Hope you enjoy!

🍫CHRISTMAS TOFFEE RECIPE:
Ingredients:
-Saltine Crackers (about 1.5 sleeves, or enough to line your tray)
-1 cup packed brown sugar
-1 cup unsalted butter
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-12 oz semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
-Line a 10x15 inch pan with foil or a liner
-Line crackers to cover the pan, so they are touching but not overlaping
-Melt butter and brown sugar on the stove and combine until it begins to thicken and bubble (stirring frequently)
-Pour over crackers and spread to coat evenly
-Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes until bubbling and remove from the oven
-Melt bag of chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave
-Pour over top and using a CLEAN spatula, spread to coat evenly
-Freeze overnight
-Break into pieces
-Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy for up to 1 week!

Tip for kids bathroom, especially little kids:
- Toothpaste dispenser
- Hand soap dispenser
You'll thank me for this. You'll save on toothpaste and hand soap because less is wasted and cleaning is easier as there isn't AS MUCH mess everywhere.
Just instruct the kids ONE PUMP limit and I haven't had an issue, even with my 4 year old.

Whenever I wash my face at night I use my face wipe when I'm done to just wipe up the sink from the day! You'd be surprised how clean this keeps the sink and how good they work!!

I like the 5 minute trick. I do something similar when I have an overwhelming mess is that I give myself 10 minutes to see how much I can get done. I'm always amazed and it motivates me to finish.

I love it, if you can't have a gingerbread house you have pizza.

Kathryn, you can buy a small piece of inexpensive plexiglass to lean up against the wall behind your bathroom sink. It will be somewhat “invisible” to family and guests but help speed up your cleaning! 😘
