Side to side hops is a great athletic exercise. Use a focal point or set a line marking on the ground. Stand on one side of this line and hop to the other side of the line, then hop to the other side of the line. Continue hopping side to side 10 times to each side and try to increase your pace as you get more comfortable with the movement.
