On a mat, lie on your side with your body in a straight line. Stack your bottom elbow underneath your shoulder, engage your core, and press your body off the ground, keeping your feet and elbow in contact with the mat/floor. Hold for 30 seconds, lower, repeat other side for 30 seconds.
