About four years ago Jason was "auditing" or "frauditing" if you prefer, a post office in Colorado. After management had the police escort him out of the building, which they have every right to do, Jason threatened to sue the police department and/or the city for their actions. Rather than telling him to pound sand, they wrote him a check for $9, 500. "Go Away Money" it's called. So now, everyone with a cell phone camera crawled out of their cave and are trying the same thing. Going to a post office or other public government building and walk around filming. The frauditor is told to leave. They refuse. The police are called. Frauditor asks for Sargent or other police supervisor. Sargent explains everything the same way. Frauditor calls the police tyrants or other colorful names. At this point anywhere from 30 minutes or more have passed. So the frauditor has a choice at this point. Leave the building or get arrested for criminal trespassing. Fines and legal fees are seen as cost of doing business. We have Jason Gutterman and Earl David Warren to thank for all this.
