I live about 20 min east of New Albany, and I'm surprised things weren't more out of control. It's a VERY wealthy community, so the cops there are TAUGHT to stay hands off with the populace. And also to be above board and polite. Only because the locals are rich, and the whole town is basically owned by Les Wexner.
