SUPREME JUDICIAL COURT RULES AGAINST JUDGE SINNOTT - Accountability For All - Amagansett Press

BOSTON — Massachusetts' highest court gave Suffolk District Attorney Rachael Rollins a win Monday by supporting her in a dispute with a judge over charges against several counterprotesters who were arrested during a "straight pride" parade in the city on Labor Day weekend.

Judge Richard Sinnott had refused to accept the Commonwealth's request not to prosecute a defendant in one case and held their attorney in contempt of court for arguing case law in support of the state's position.

Josh was held without bail because he was out on bail out of superior court on a different charge, which revoked his bail.in mass you can be held up to 90 days if arrested while out on bail...

I just found out that there was no "nolle prosequi" entered for Josh by the Prosecution during his arraignment. What the DA is talking about WILL NOT apply to Josh Abrams. He will stay in jail until October 3rd and could be ordered to serve the remaining 60 days of his bond revocation.
