In this video my winch was not working properly. Instead of replacing the entire winch, I was able to diagnosed the problem and get the part to repair my winch without completely removing it. I hope this video helps you in your repair!!

I have a similar problem but I don't think it is the relays. When I'm hitting the trigger button I have to hold it down and tap the motor with a stick or something and it starts to move ...my winch is mounted in the ceiling of my shop..
