What about taking the gears apart properly and lubing the pins? They need lube more than any of the other parts, half job if you ask me.

Great Video, 4WD I have an KFI A2500-R2 installed on my UTV just for snow plowing. This machine has never even been in the rain let alone mud. The Clutch Engage Disengage is not working...that well. Its almost impossible to freewheel and pull the cable out [3/16] What do you think I need to do.? Appreciate your advise for sure.

Sparking on threads is not very healthy for nuts. You should use spare nuts while testing.

A good video but here's another one that doesn't know the difference between "bushes" and "brushes". Also, I hope the fire extinguisher is nearby because there is NO WAY I'd be using battery clamps near all those solvents.
