Team GB's Keely Hodgkinson wins women's 800m gold

Keely Hodgkinson has control of the pace but gets put under pressure on Tsige Duguma and Mary Moraa on her right shoulder.

Hodgkinson has to open her legs down the last 100m and races forward, building a big lead and storming to gold!

Hodgkinson's winning time is 1:56.72, just over 0.4 seconds ahead of Duguma. Moraa holds on for bronze ahead of Shafiqua Maloney in fourth.

What a performance from Hodgkinson! The emotion and tears quickly flow and the celebrations can begin.
