for transition, do u give a transition altitude according to your airspace or to what the pilot wants. ex: airspace goes to 2700 ft, pilot requests transition at 10, 000 feet, would i say transition approved at 10000 or 2500?

You don't clear aircraft to land when they are on a downwind.you clear them to land when they are fully established on de ils or gps
