I have high blood pressure at night if I eat late. Don't eat late. Don't eat big portions. Don't go to sleep with fool stomach.

The idea of electronic devices in the evening contributing to nighttime hypertension is an interesting thought.🤔 I will have to seriously take that into consideration. It might be inconvenient at first, but it certainly can not hurt.

What is different at night? You don't drink water. In health persons this is not an issue, but if for any reasons your body dehydrates too much at night, then you may get high blood pressure. To me it also happens if I take a meal shortly before going to bed - digestion moves more blood around intestines, so heart has less blood and rises bp. Another possibility is kidney problems, with less blood flow, kidney may rise bp. As for increased dehydration, it may be caused by lungs loosing too much humidity while breathing, for example damaged (dry) nostrils will cause this condition in the long term. One way to help with this is drink water before bed - half a glass or more. Drink again if you wake up at night.

I'm 27 healty, went to the doctor due to chest pain wich they didnt have an explanation for, but my BP was at 198/123 so im doing meds at the moment and under investigation for what ever causing this BP, anyone else going through the same issue? Great video! :)
