Thanks doc, I've started questioning everything, especially government health advice! After reading "Health and Beauty Mastery", I completely changed my approach. This book reveals so many shocking truths about the health industry!

The moment, near the end, when Dr. Seyfried starts talking about why he cares, it just made me well up. We need more people like him, who genuinely want to help make a positive change in health science!

1) Lack of Exercise, 2) Processed Carbs in Diet, 3) Emotional Stress, 4) Lack of Sleep, and 5) Lack of Friends...puts you at risk for damaged and reduced efficiency of mitochondria which may lead to cancer. You're welcome 😂 26:00 mins in...

Also, tumor cells can be killed (without collateral damage to healthy cells) by ketosis and hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy. 🤯 1:09:19

In greater detail, a glucose/ketone index (GKI) is glucose per mmol in the blood divided by ketones per mmol in the blood. If you already have cancer, you should keep this value below 2 to decrease the growth of cancer cells... 51:11 Generally, people should be on a low carb diet with foods low on glycemic index to keep a low steady GKI. 53:42

I’m on my 3rd cancer and 3rd oncologist and I have learned more in this hour than the last 10 years from my doctors 🤦🏻‍♀️

🙏 may Dr Seyfried‘s voice be heard far and wide. I know from my own personal journey with cancer 40 years ago. After nine months of treatment radiation and chemotherapy I was told it hadn’t worked and I should prepare to die within the next couple of months. being in my early 20s it was not what I wanted to hear and found that prospect totally unacceptable to me. I was forced out of my box to look for other possibilities as I realised the toxicity of the treatment was even worse than the disease. It led me onto a lifelong journey, to self responsibility and natural / holistic care, as only nature heals. My life changed beyond recognition and I am so grateful to people like this who are doing the science and pointing the way, giving other options to The allopathic standard which is brutal, mostly unsuccessful, and there’s nothing life-giving in it at all. 🙏

My mom had breast cancer at 50 yrs old, I had breast cancer at 57 yrs old. Both caught early. We are cancer free.
My diet is much better as I age thanks to these type podcasts.
I now see a functional doctor but I have to pay for these visits, and some of the more expensive blood work tests.
Pharma and the government is not interested in preventing health issues.
Thanks again for this information.

A superb interview with an AMAZING 78-year-old Professor of biology, genetics, and biochemistry at Boston University, whose sharpness would put people half his age to shame. It’s definitely worth your time, especially if someone you know has had or is currently dealing with cancer.

My wife lost her battle with cancer last year and this is the most informative, clear and somewhat uplifting interview I’ve listened to about the topic. The chemo v non chemo approach is such a heart tearing choice. Thank you for this interview with Dr Seyfried

When will we stop allowing the people "in charge" to treat us like garbage?! WE could be the people in charge.
