-1/4 Olive Oil
-2 1/2 TB of Lite Soy
-1 Tsp Regular Montreal Seasoning
Let pork marinade a minimum of 24 hours, better yet several days. Sear on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes a side. Put pork on baking sheet and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 300° for 15–20 minutes. Let rest 10 min.
