David Malan is probably one of the best profs to teach it, even though the concepts are sometimes a tad bit hard since it is a "Harvard" intro, and after you finish a lecture and go to your labs or assignment you're looking at it with confusion, he gives you the tool and guidance, also with the help of a few other online tools and videos you can really help yourself learn the basics of cs, without any prior experience like myself. It inspired me to go back to uni at age 25 and get a degree in that field after completing that course. Thank you!

CS50 is great but the intro course material is Harvard level after all, so if you aren’t good at math or in the 1% of your class, you will probably find the lectures more digestible. They really need to rework their online course material for “normal” self taught people.

I disagree with point 2. This is more like a second computer science class, not an introductory one.
