Moral of the story don’t talk to the police without a lawyer never even if you’re innocent

I’m a retired police officer. Even I would never speak to the police.

The people charging Penny with a crime are the real threats to the citizens.

This is exactly why no one ever steps in when ppl are being attacked/ assaulted on the subway

Penny is 100% a hero and role model for the world. Suggesting otherwise is despicable and speaks to the moral and ethical decline of civilization.

I'd sue the state for letting this person with 40 arrests and mentally unstable walk around the same place as been arrested so many times before.
This video was also before he knew someone had died.

He wasn't pronounced dead at the scene. He was alive at the scene and died in police/paramedic custody. Paramedics also said he was breathing. Not just had a pulse.

Free Penny, arrest the DA and anyone else involved in charging him

He was alive when handed over to the cops. Obvious not guilty

The criminal was the man threatening people on the train, threatening people is in fact a crime. The man that protected the people on the train from the criminal making threats is also one of the victims of the man making threats because making threats is a crime and the people being threatened are the victims.

He was NOT in a choke hold. His heart was beating AFTER Penny let him go. This was kept from the public for over a year!

Niall is the type of nanny state supporting bloke who are fine with the Irish and British people being put in prison for posting on social media.

NYC: be a victim or be a criminal. There is no option to be a hero.

The problem I see is that the law seems to say you have to wait for violence to be inflicted upon you before you can react, and then only to the minimum extent necessary to stop the violence, and if you go beyond that accidently or otherwise, you go to prison and your life is ruined. Whereas for the person inflicting the violence, going to prison is just another trip back to live with his homies, no big deal.

100 percent hero all of this was done for publicity and it's absolutely disgusting the people Prosecuting this man should be ashamed of themselves

If Penny goes to prison Trump should pardon him and award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom!

Trouble with this is its going to stop other people helping other people.

He was one of three men who restrained him. He was the only person charged though. They created their own narrative on this one.
