Daniel Penny, the man accused in Jordan Neely's death, is out on a $100,000 bond after being charged with manslaughter in the second degree, but Neely's family says that's not enough. CBS2's Jennifer Bisram reports.

You can’t murder an unarmed man on the suspicion that he MIGHT do something. The ex Marine considered himself to be the Judge, Jury and Executioner without a trial. That is simply not acceptable.
