Daniel Penny out on bond after being charged in Jordan Neely's death

Daniel Penny, the man accused in Jordan Neely's death, is out on a $100,000 bond after being charged with manslaughter in the second degree, but Neely's family says that's not enough. CBS2's Jennifer Bisram reports.
