I remember when I had to wait 8 hours for my print to finish so I decided to sleep and when I woke up and went ti check on my print it looked exactly like that Lmfaoo 🙃

Increase your support tip diameter a little bit and move the supports closer together. When this happened to me that’s what fixed the issue. Clean up is a bit more of a pain but better than wasting 12 hours on a print that stopped working 2 hours in 🙃

Leveling the plate and making sure to tighten the plate also. Your settings are very important as well and resin also plays a role. I tried the water washable resin and had multiple fails. Switched back to standard resin and haven’t had any issues

I had a very similar fail. I fixed it by emptying the VAT on my Elegoo Mars 2 Pro, removing any resin on the base and cleaning it then I had perfect prints again. Hope this helps.

I'm always surprised to see so many people getting so many fails, The only setting I ever changed on my resin printer since I got it was turning down the exposure time by a tiny little bit, and I have had exactly 3 fails over the past year and a half I've had it, 2 of which were due to poor supports. The other was because we had a cold snap and I left the window open.

Make sure to print some arrows to prevent yourself from the dangerous creatures in the sons of the forest

I would totally figure out some art to make out of that. ;-)

That’s 100 percent a temperature issue speaking from $200 plus’s resin failed experiments

Another thing that you can do is to sand a bit the build plate, put sandpaper on a glass table and sand it, don't forget to use water, but ceck with a metal ruler 📏 to see if you have any spaces where you can see the light between the build plate and the ruler, if that's the case you can do the sanding or ask elegoo to send you a new one

Lol you gotta relevel your plate. I would also try ptfe lube on the FEP and scratching the build plate with some 200-300 grit sandpaper then clean with 91% IPA. You’ll never have a failed print again

yeah these companies need to rewrite the code to lift your print to the top when it his 5% 10% 15% and 20% with a few beeps and stop for 60 seconds so you can see if it failed or not.

You need to use some medium grit sand paper on your build plate. It shouldnt look shiney and new.
