To summarize, A resin printer has a uv screen on it, that makes each layer, causing it to only matter how many layers a object has to determine printing time

Also the lcd will create the layers. Blocking out uv in some areas of the lcd. While allowing uv to pass in other areas. Creating that layer or shape. If you will.

These are way better then filament ones they come out Soo smooth they look like hot pressed molds

Also, the process called "photopolymerization", and it happens because the resin has a component called "photoinitiator" which causing the resin to polymerize when it's being exposed to UV light

pro-tip, if you want to clean your fep easier you can leave an old support inside vat in a corner and cure it with your exposure test so that you can have an easier time cleaning your vat without damaging it from the scrapers
