We all make mistakes. We sin. We fall short. But because of Jesus Christ, we can change. His sacrifice for us means we can repent and start over again and again. Jesus loves us, and He understands what we’re going through. That means if we turn to Him, we can find the strength to overcome our weaknesses and get through hard things.

Life isn’t easy. It can be unpredictable. It can even feel hopeless at times.

Everyone falls short. We’re not perfect. We have challenges, regrets, ways we want to change.

And we can. Because of Jesus, our mistakes—even big mistakes—can turn into second chances.

He gives us the courage to face fears because He knows what you’re going through right now.

He’s been there. He feels your pain.

Bit by bit we’ll be able to understand his love for us.

Broken hearts can heal and feel whole again.

Mistakes? Sure, we all make them. And we all keep making them.

But Christ forgives us. And he keeps forgiving us.

No, Jesus Christ did not come to make us 'better', this is false teaching, he did not die on the cross to make us better people.
He came to seek and save that which was lost, us.
To save us from our sin, so that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life.(John 3:16-17).
This may be a teaching from Joseph Smith but it is false, and clearly refuted by the teachings of Christ and his Apostles in the Holy Bible.
