Enjoyed this🥰 love how you included everything around you .. I went from Bowflex 5 mins cool down stretches' to this after my worker out and now i want 20 more mins .. great full body stretch for all sizes

Thank you for this. I wasn't feeling well today but a good stretch always makes a person feel better. Great low impact, short option for that kind of day.

I your new anytime stretch i will do this with my waitress a lot of carrying bottles and dishes .
