Imagine getting hired just to work as a janitor or, even worse, Class-D because the foundation needed extra test subjects. I'd be happy if I was working for the mobile task force, specifically See No Evil or Nine Tailed Fox. But if that isn't possible, might as well just sign up for the GOC
