Aww I love that your family came to visit you. I’ve lived 2 hours away from my family for 7 years now and they always want me to make a trip home versus them coming to see me. Outside of my immediate family, nobody has been to visit me.

Girl I relate to your frustration with your shoulder. I injured my left one last year and while I'm able to do the exercises that I couldn't before it still hasn't gone back to 100% normal, I still feel discomfort at times and it gets very annoying. I think the dress is very cute on you. I love that you always pack on the veggies, soooo good!

I do see what you mean about evening both sides because my left side is a lot stronger too and it is so much harder on my right but I been pushing to make sure to do the same effort on both sides. I am glad you mentioned that. It is very important and that is also why I incorporate balance workouts through my week too.

Oh, it’s actually so funny that you are watching hunter hunter because my boyfriend actually kind of made me watch it and I wasn’t feeling it at first and now I really like that show and it is really good. But it does kind of start off really slow.

1500 is very doable.

You eat a full meal (500cal) at 2pm then 7pm.

And two or three snacks a day. Beef Jerky, Raw Veggies, Nuts or Fruit. Hack: For intense food cravings look to salted avocado, or salted strawberries especially after 7PM.

(For anyone wondering what is 500cal meal and can it work.... Pull up any dine in restaurant menus "Low Cal/Heart Healthy" section. Thise meals are always 500-700 cal.)
