How can you have a relationship with someone you don't talk to, How can you Love him if you don't know him 🤔 it's not a one sided relationship but you must read his word to know him and faith comes by reading his word and learning who he is ❤️

I'm one who walked away from religion. 20 years I did everything asked of me. For 20 years I suffered and my daughter suffered. Not one blessing. She and I are destined for redemptive suffering. So we gave up . We closed a charity we did together, I stopped helping people, giving, and feeding those in need. To late to have a miracle that would change my mind.

I don’t care about my blessing for prayer, I just want my husband healed. I’m not sure personal blessing is the reason God wants us to pray. . . God wants us to pray so that we actively pursue His will, I think.

My understanding at this point is; Prayer is not to gain things to make our life more pleasurable, but for acceptance and endurance of the increasingly difficult happenings to come. Becoming a Christian is like enlisting in the military. If you signed up because you thought life was about to get easier, you're in for a rude awakening.
