Police warned Secret Service of a suspicious person at Trump rally before gunman opened fire

Local police officers notified former President Trump's Secret Service detail that they were looking for a suspicious person in the area of a campaign rally in Pennsylvania before gunman opened fire, a U.S. official told NBC News.
