So, Kathleen Kennedy was responsible for killing Ben Solo and not giving the character a lot of dialogue and scenes as Rey. That is some bull crap! What does she have against the skywalkers? I hope she isn't president of Lucasfilms anymore.

Let me get this straight. Kathleen Kennedy wanted to put an end to the Skywalkers...all the while having the amazing wonder Rey appropriate the name Skywalker.... dose this make sense to anyone.

Wow...thankfully Adam Driver is such a phenomenal actor that he was able to intimate the many things that we didn't see onscreen. But what I would have given for a more extended Ben Solo journey! Although I grew up with and loved the original trilogy, it was Ben/Kylo's journey that really brought me to start reading the novels and digging into the canon, to glean what I could. The intriguing element of the recent trilogy is that, unlike the journey of Luke in the original trilogy (the "Frodo" of the SW universe, perhaps), and the journey of his father in the prequels, the uniqueness of the new series is that it was the journey of the "Dyad" and not one person. Not Rey only, but her other half.

Adam got screwed hes such an amazing actor and i loved him as kylo/ ben but i want to see him as ben in the future theres so much they could do with his character and im still pissed they killed him off they need to bring him back and really let him showcase his talent

Of course she wanted to diminish his role, Adam Driver was the best part of those movies. So of course she was cutting his scenes. The woman is allergic to good film making. Fuckin' hack/

Here is the story in my mind I would’ve liked it to have unfolded. Been solo while training under Luke was being pulled by something sinister to the Darkside whether it be Snoke or Palp. That pole leads to a fight between him and Luke and he becomes Kylo Ren and Luke and the rest of course are devastated at the same time this evil force sense is Ray emerging and knows who she is again if it’s palp even better. With his new emerging apprentice Kylo Ren he sends him after Ray Luke and Leia sensing this send out to locate her as well that is the beginning of the trilogies and how they unfold allowing fans to get the ending they want. The conflict is between Rey and Kylo and Kylo and his family culminating in the third movie and give the original cast the sendoff they deserve and emerge two new great complementary forces

As a 40+ year fan of the franchise I will admit the last three movies have been less than what I expected I do believe that Kathleen Kennedy was wrong for running the franchise I think whoever they pick to run it Hass to respect the origins respect what was written and pay homage to that moving forward I think the first movie should not have been a regurgitation of episode four I was really hopeful that it would’ve really expanded into some thing unexpected I would’ve loved to see Ray introduced as a mystery of someone who has power in the force I like what they did with Kylo Ren being been solo and turn to the dark be like his grandfather however all three movies should’ve been about those two main characters and they both should’ve survived at the end and they Both should be equally powerful in the force and a complement to each other

The DYAD was not explored enough in this film. The movie was so rushed, I missed the two quick scenes regarding the DYAD and I didn't hear about the DYAD until I saw a clip of it on YouTube. And it is obvious KK wanted to end the Skywalkers as she killed them all off! Star Wars was built upon the Skywalker family. This certainly was not fair to the actors who portrayed Ben Solo and Luke Skywalker whose characters did not need to die (Ben especially). I would have loved to have seen those deleted scenes of Ben as I wondered why in the end of the movie why he said nothing. It was due to KK what the heck was she thinking?

What would have been nice is to see Kylo Ren transform back into Ben Solo. To me the " Rise of Skywalker " was really hard to follow. It just kept jumping around.

They can literally be super petty right now. Just make a movie where the entire galaxy doesn’t know who Rey is and the Jedi order that is established doesn’t even recognize her as a Jedi and instead call her a fraud. Then all the work Kennedy has done will be destroyed in seconds.

Disney loves princesses. Not surprised in the least that she wanted Rey to be the star of the story.

She eliminated all white males. Also, key Lucas characters who were popular; like Gial Ackbar. And his death was so understated. It was insulting. Of course, that is who she is. She insulted ALL LUCAS SW FANS, with her abomination-al films.

About KK:

This must be exposed and explored at some point. KK wanted to destroy the legacy and influence of George Lucas and his vision. For several reasons.

You have to go back and look at her beginnings. Therein lies part of her motivation.

Secondarily, she needs the support of a certain SJW agenda to succeed. She was exposed too much by becoming the head of Lucasfilm, her lack of competence for that position shone through. Without the SJW agenda, which helped her gather some power from different quarters at Disney, she would flounder. And she did, mostly due to ego and a maniacal will to control everything and see enemies everywhere.

Lucasfilm will have to replace her ASAP and erase her influence.
