A question that often arises among employees is how much of their employment service history is available to their employer? What details linked to the UAN or Aadhaar number is available to the employer? Can the employer see all the past service records? If the current employer does not get access to the UAN then can he generate a new UAN? Why there is no law against the privacy of employer details.... There are many things which happen and employee doesn't want to continue due to different reasons and now it will haunt him forever just because he left or chose not to get harrased anymore??

So we can assume that employee PF information is not at all secured. It should be confidential but seems it is not?

Isn't it unethical to check employee details, this can be used to harass employees.
This can be easily manipulated

Previously may be like this but in 2023 we cannot check with any UAN number, when i am puting outsider UAN it is showing "member does not belongs to this organisation"

Thanks for the information but sometimes its really helpful to the workers does not know about their pf. Like when a worker left from the company and joins the new one the Doe is not entered by the previous employer. The the new one can check and tell the worker to make sure that the doe should be entered otherwise your pf will not transferred.

UI development principles : User should be allowed to access only the data what he is authorized for. Use data validation to restrict the data.

Got it ki Employer can check previous history but kya wo sach me check krte hai manually UAN enter krke as a background check?

Should I get the list of Service history for the companies I have worked for when UAN was not there. Actually, I see the current and latest previous only. Except my current job, I have worked for 3 more companies. I have transferred the EPS from 1st and 2nd company to 3rd Company when UAN was not in place. Now, on UAN portal I see only 2 companies service details i.e., 3rd and 4th (current). Please help me to sort it out.

If possible they should also sdd how many applications and interviews has the oerson given to achieve that job and why did the person leave that job all legally what you think?? And also define minimum wages depending upon qualifications, experience etc for each role??
