Calisthenics is basically weighted pull ups, weighted dips and pistol squats(can replace it with weighted squats).
Dips will work chest, triceps and shoulders
Pull ups will work back, biceps and forearms and squats can give you decent quad developement. So you can build a physique that can mog 90percent of people by calisthenics only
