Can you move multiple vertices or scale a group of vertices? Rhino and Adobe Illustrator lets you do this with control points.

Its very helpful but in my system when we toggle the cursor on vertex the pop up window is not static and if i try to edit it is disappearing
Can you tell me how to make that

I thought arch was pronounced with an tch sound
